Lodging Policies and Terms

To make reservations for lodging, a one night rent is due immediately upon verbal confirmation of reservation. Reservations cannot be made or held without this payment. Final payment for lodging, plus tax, is due and payable 49 day prior to arrival. Payments may be made by the following method: Pay Pal, or check. Payments are to be made to Tuft Management, P.O. Box 2756, McCall, Idaho, 83638. Reservations made within 49 days of arrival must remit full payment by Pay Pal, money order, or cashiers check. If deposits and final payments are not received on or before due dates, reservations are subject to cancellation.

Damage to Lodging Units

Lodging guest shall be liable for any and all damages beyond reasonable wear and tear where said damages or theft to said lodging are occasioned during guest’s stay.

Guest will be required to Property Damage Protection Insurance. Most lodging is located in condominium or residential settings with close proximity to other guests or residents. Consequently, it is imperative that all guests agree to obey city, county, and state laws concerning behavior and noise regulations. Please be considerate of others vacation enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled after initial confirmation and deposit funds processing will forfeit any and all deposits on lodging. Cancellation made 49 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit full deposit plus final payment. No refunds for early departures or late arrival. No show, no refund.

The signed “Tuft Management Reservation Confirmation Agreement” must be returned to Tuft Management Office within ten (10) days of verbal confirmation in order to verify reservation. If signed reservation confirmation are not in Tuft Management office within said amount of days reservations will be cancelled and all deposits and payments will be forfeited.

Change Fees

A $50.00 change fee will be charged for each change to a lodging reservation following receipt of deposit. Please Note: Exceeding the designated number of persons staying in lodging constitutes a breach of this contract and can result in additional cost to the guest or loss of reservation.

Tuft Management reserves the right to move guests to another equivalent lodging or up grade.

Idaho Law

This agreement shall in all respects by governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. Guest further unconditionally accepts the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Idaho. If guest is not a resident of the State of Idaho, service of process upon guest by mail shall constitute notice of any such proceeding.


The responsibility of Tuft Management and/or its agents is limited. They act as agents for clients in regard to travel and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasional either by reason or defect, through acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tours, or direct or indirect acts of God, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, riots, strikes, military obligations, or from any causes beyond the control of Tuft Management. Tour services including lift tickets, carriage, room or lodging accommodations, are furnished by independent contractors and do not act for or on behalf of Tuft Management. The acceptance of tour arrangements is deemed to be a consent to the above and any further conditions that Tuft Management is not liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury arriving out of tour arrangements.
